Who is on sytycd tour 2011

I went straight through to Vegas. Today, Lawson and nine of her fellow contestants are going all over the country showing off their dance moves. She made it pretty far on the show, too — almost to the end as a Top 6 dancer. There were 20 dancers when the show first aired in early June. The Top 20 dancers — 10 guys and 10 women — get paired up with each other for dance numbers. Choreographers teach them their steps and the couples perform their duets in front of the judges on each episode.

Her favorite choreographer was contemporary dancer Sonya Tayeh. At the top of the show, the bottom six dancers were announced and the judges deliberated their elimination before the dancers performed.

It all comes down to this final night of performances with commentary by resident judges Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murhphy with guest judge Rob Marshall. There is also a unique and amazing guest performance by one-legged b-boy Jean Sok from France! Who would they like to see win and what are their plans for the future? But before the official winners are announced, the remaining four dancers still have one more week to impress the judges and, more importantly, the viewers.

Resident judges Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy, along with guest judge Christina Applegate, are on hand to help guide America in choosing its favorite male and female dancer. This week, the remaining contestants dance three times, including a solo and two duets. As we near the end, the stakes and emotions are high; now is the time for the dancers to give it everything they have. This week, each dancer performs a duet with an all-star as well as a solo.

We also get a glimpse into their training and upbringing through brief video montages, filled with old photos and home videos. After a Mia-Michaels-focused SYTYCD extravaganza, the competition continues with another week of new routines, new partnerships, guest judges, and special performances. The Top 10 dancers perform in Week 5 of the competition and the pressure is on to win the favor of the viewers. After a two-week hiatus, So You Think You Can Dance returns to Wednesday nights with a special evening devoted entirely to the choreographic work of three-time Emmy Award-winner Mia Michaels, showcasing her best routines from the past eight seasons.

So You Think You Can Dance returns to its regularly scheduled time with new routines, new partnerships and new guest judges this week with the Top 14 contestants. A new week means a new batch of routines in which the dancers push through their post-rehearsal fatigue and muscle pains to prove to America that they have what it takes to make it to the end of the competition. The first competitive week of So You Think You Can Dance Season 9 hit the ground running with an eye-catching group routine and a Top 20 that laid it all out on the dance floor.

As always, the emotions were high. For many, the news was heartbreaking. But, for ten guys and ten girls, this was just the beginning of their journey. Dance Informa knows who the Top 20 dancers are Would she have auditioned for the show back in her prime?
