Traveling to the College and speaking to Faralda completes the quest and initiates the next, First Lessons. Upon arriving in Winterhold , you will find Faralda, the gatekeeper, standing at the start of a bridge leading up to the College. Approaching Faralda will cause her to forcegreet you and issue a warning:.

You will have the same option to persuade her or tell her that you are Dragonborn only available if you are on the quest Elder Knowledge. You will then have the same "Okay, I can do that. I'm not interested.

Like Cyrodiil, there were still wandering groups of Necromancers that did not function alongside the College.
She occasionally wanders down the 'ramp' into the village in my experience. Try checking down there. Last time I checked, she's marked 'essential' so unless she's fallen through the floor, she'll be around. I have finished the College of Winterhold quests.
Its very odd, all the other teachers are there, she is the only one i always have trouble to find since the beginning. Does anybody knows for sure which her room is? She will sell you spells and train you in Destruction Magic all the way to Expert. It says in her wikia article that she doesn't. I was starting the first quest at the College of Winterhold, which is first lessons where you follow Mirabelle Ervine around and get a tour of the place.
I have this interesting AI mod where Faralda will accept me into the college and walk through the bridge trying to light the beams but instead she misses every one except the first and theres random lights floating on the bridge. Prove your ability orpersuade her, provided you have a high enough Speech skill.
I've googled it but no one seems to be able to find the source. If I remember right that mod has her teaching lessons during the day. So I've cast the spell for Faralda at winterhold and she's all impressed, ready to let me in. Most quest-related commands require the quest ID, and not the form ID. As you try to cross the bridge, you will be stopped by Faralda, who will tell you that only authorized people can enter the College.
Post Comment. By using the player. Faralda will ask you to cast a spell from any one of the five schools of magic. I think she means Nirya. I didn't get in doing Faralda's 'test', but said something about being Dragonborn. SleepingIII's commands to move her worked perfectly and I am able to carry on.
