The monument with information panels was established on the property fenceline in and the cover to protect this was completed by Chinchilla Lions Club in August Since the clearing of the site of the Laboratory at Sherwood-the Alan Fletcher Research Centre- in , the shed is now the only remaining vestige from the Campaign Against Prickly Pear.
