Since my focus is on strength primarily, I usually start my routine with what I need to pay attention to the most my weakest muscle group because I have the energy I need to really make an impact, which is my upper body chest, back, biceps and triceps. Then some core and legs. As for the number of reps and sets that I do, depending on what is best at that particular moment, either I will up the weight and lower the reps while slow down each movement while really focusing or lower the weight and perform more sets.
I go with how I feel and try to squeeze the most out of my routine. I workout presently, days a week. Mark on February 6, at AM Reply.
