We will try to be even better. Erin seely. October 19, Stole my Money and refuse to return! They keep drafting my account for merchandise that I do not have. I have revoked my authorization since July and yet they continue to draft. They will not allow me to remove my payment method from their website. It has cost me money to stop payment with my bank. I have contacted the police about unlawful access to my bank account and will be contacting a lawyer.

Years ago. At least 3, maybe 4! I missed a couple payments. I told them don't try to take money out of my bank mid-month, because there isn't any there. Just charge me a late payment fee and add to the end of my contract. That's exactly what they would do though. Just do they could charge me NSF fee's, and whatever other fee's their lawyers can find a name for.
Of course my bank charged me NSF fee's as well. I spoke to an East Indian guy this spring and he said Now I see they've scheduled the next 5 months of more payments through my bank. Anyone who is writing negative reviews especially about raising their payments, look at it like this when you finance a house, car or have a credit card, you miss payments the interest goes up, hence higher cost, just common sense. This is the worst possible company. Sent in all the info and was approved, submitted payment and was asked to let them know if payment went through did that. Was then asked to submit that it came from my checking account did that but they asked for the impossible and nothing was ever good enough.
Maria and the rest had horrible English they were rude and would hang up on you and wouldn't transfer you when asked. I would not do any business with them. We work really hard to offer the best service and we apologize for the level of service you received. We have reviewed the file and it appears as though the agents simply required some additional information.

Income needs to be verified so that we can set up a customized payment plan with the customer, and our terms and conditions state that we may ask for more detail at any time. Information is not requested with the intent to cause such frustrations, and we do apologize. When I started the ordering process on December 9th I was hopeful that it would be here around Christmas time. Unfortunately the price inflation and the lengthy process will most certainly prevent me from ordering with MDG again. My order was not shipped out until January 6th and still hasn't arrived so I can not comment on the quality of the product. However the customer service has beed good for the most part. I've been calling for over 3 weeks talking with Stephan and all he did was give me the run a round saying this is incomplete and that is incomplete never calling my phone number and saying anything and every time I called it was always some wrong with my paper work.
I give up it don't take all of that to purchase anything in this world. Your the reason Stephan that I don't want anything from this company poor customer service.
